For parts 3 and 4 of this tutorial, the shed is picked up so that the first strand on the right hand side of the lightning color is in the bottom layer of the shed.

[OBSERVE] The background color on the right hand side of the work piece has an even number of strands. The first strand on the right hand edge of the workpiece and the first strand on the right hand side of the lightning color are both in the bottom layer of the shed.

[NOTE] If there is an odd number of background color strands, the first strand on the right hand edge of the workpiece will be in the opposite layer of the shed, the top layer.
